lemon chicken

I am obsessed with this lemon chicken. I have it at least once a week and I never get tired of it. It is a perfect, quick meal for any day. I am super excited to share this recipe with you and I hope you love it as much as I do!

RECIPE DETAILS:

  • organic chicken breast
  • lemon juice
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • pink Himalayan sea salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • parsley flakes
  • Every But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes (optional, but recommended)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Heat a pan with olive oil for about a minute. 
  • Pound the chicken breast between two sheets of press and seal
  • Place the chicken on the pan and splash some lemon juice around it.
  • Let the chicken cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper on the chicken once cooking on the second side.
  • Cut little slits in different areas of the chicken.
  • If the inside has a clear liquid and is not pink, it is ready to go.
  • To top it off, sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes on top.
